This project provided the opportunity to demonstrate instructional design knowledge. An instructional plan was designed and created, and includes the following components: goals, objectives, instructional strategies, activities, timeline and details for implementation, and an evaluation overview.

Needs Assessment Cycle

This project provided an opportunity to prepare a needs assessment for a training  program, and design the methodology and instrumentation that will measure the program's effectiveness.

Facilitator Training Program
​

This project provided an opportunity to create a training program for adult education facilitators without previous experience in distance education, ensuring to include the key elements for developing distance learning facilitator skills.
